ChangeFusion Nepal was founded in September 2008 to help local youth direct their vision and skills towards benefiting people and the planet through social entrepreneurship. It offers innovative solutions to counter social and environmental challenges through creative use of new technologies, emerging perspectives, and innovation networks. ChangeFusion helped design and support the provincial deployments of GeoChat in Thailand with another local technical partner, Opendream.
