Pipal Tree Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (PTVPL) was founded in 2007 and helps school dropouts by providing access to jobs and training to place them on a well-defined career path. Under this program, students are given a one-week residential training for skills in the construction industry. It has provided jobs to over 6000 students and impacted to over 30,000 people. It has also reduced dropout rates by 30%.
